1 cvegetable oil
2 1/4 czucchini, peeled and grated
3 tspvanilla extract
3 cflour- self rising
1 1/2 tspalmond extract ( or coconut)
How to Make Zucchini Bread
- Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar, oil, zucchini, vanilla and almond extract. Mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients and fold into egg mixture. Stir until blended. Pour into greased baking loaf pans or a 9x13 pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour At 350 degrees. (check at 45 minutes).
