Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 - eggs beaten
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 3 tablespoons vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
How To Make zucchini bread

Step 1Combine sugar, oil & eggs - beat until blended

Step 2Add zucchini and vanilla

Step 3Sift flour with salt, soda, cinnamon & baking powder

Step 4Stir into creamed mixture, add nuts

Step 5Pour into two (2) well greased loaf pans

Step 6Bake @ 325 degrees for 1 hour
