- 6 - ripe bannana's
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1-2 tablespoon cinnimon (adjust to your taste)

Step 1Blend well pour into a greased bread pan(I love my pampered chef, clay loaf pan) put in a pre-heated oven to bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
