1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease either 5 mini loaf pans or 2 regular sized loaf pans
2Mix together the flour, salt, baking soda, sugar and cinnamon
3Add to above eggs, oil, bananas, pineapple, vanilla --stir only until dry ingredients are moist. Do not over-stir.
Then add pecans and cocoanut until all is blended
4Pour into 2 greased loaf pans or 5 mini loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees--45-50 minutes for the mini loaf pans or 60-70 minutes for the regular sized loaf pans or until tested done. Cool on wire rack. Slice and serve
