How To Make thess's nana's banana bread
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x5x3 loaf pan or line length & width with parchment for easy removal.
-
Step 2Beat butter till fluffy, add sugars and beat well.
-
Step 3Add eggs & vanilla, beat well. Add banana and beat on high 30 seconds.
-
Step 4Add all dry ingredients in separate bowl & add to banana mixture alternately with cream. Add optional nuts and raisins, mix well.(My family doesn't like nuts so I dont add them or the raisins)
-
Step 5Pour into pan and bake 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min, or till toothpick comes out clean. Note: Bake at night and cool/rest overnight.(I didnt do this because I like fresh warm bread!)
