- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 pound butter ( 1 stick )
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 - eggs
- 3 - mashed bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make the ultimate banana bread

Step 1Mix until well blended. You can also add 1/2 cup of walnuts if desired. Grease a loaf pan & bake for 50 minutes at 375 degrees.
