Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2/3 teaspoon sal
- 2/3 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 cup fresh mashed peaches
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make texas peach pecan bread

Step 1In a bowl, stir flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt.

Step 2In a large bowl, cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and sour cream: beat well.

Step 3Add flour and peaches and mix. Add pecans and stir in well by hand.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Makes one large loaf. (Or, 2 small loaf pans)
