Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 3 - large overripe bananas ( the darker the better )
- 1 cup chopped nuts ( i prefer pecans or walnuts )
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
How To Make swiss banana nut bread

Step 1Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs, once its creamy add the banana.

Step 2Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda and mix well with the wet ingredients.

Step 3Mix in the chopped nuts.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Step 5While bread is warm baste 4 Tablespoon melted butter and then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
