How to Make sweet dough for rolls
- place water in glass bowl. Sprinkle yeast and 1 Tbs of sugar over water,let it come to a foam.
- Scald milk add butter,sugar,and salt. Let it cool, then add your yeast and beaten eggs. Then add flour,do not make dough stiff. Lightly kneed and place dough in a well greased bowl,let raise until doubled about 1 1/2 hours.
- Punch down,make into rolls grease top with melted butter,cover let rise until double approx. 1 hour.
- Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
