sweet dough for rolls
I got this recipe from my mother in law it was her mothers. Everyone loves these rolls.

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 6 or 7 cups flour
- 2 packages dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Make sweet dough for rolls

Step 1place water in glass bowl. Sprinkle yeast and 1 Tbs of sugar over water,let it come to a foam.

Step 2Scald milk add butter,sugar,and salt. Let it cool, then add your yeast and beaten eggs. Then add flour,do not make dough stiff. Lightly kneed and place dough in a well greased bowl,let raise until doubled about 1 1/2 hours.

Step 3Punch down,make into rolls grease top with melted butter,cover let rise until double approx. 1 hour.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
