Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 /2 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 - egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup milk
How To Make sweet corn bread

Step 1Mix all dry ingredients (flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking powder.

Step 2add 1 egg, the milk and the oil.

Step 3Mix all ingredients with a spoon until you have an even mix.

Step 4Use a generous amount of cooking oil to grease the pan you are going to use

Step 5Put in the oven at 200* Remove after 30 minutes or when golden brown.
