  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups half and half
  • 3 3/4 cups cinnamon chips

How To Make sweet cinnamon chip scones

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, blend flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon. Add half and half; mix thoroughly.
  • Step 3
    Add cinnamon chips; mix until evenly spread throughout the batter.
  • Step 4
    Pour batter into well greased scone or muffin pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until well set. May be eaten warm or cold!
