How to Make Sweet Cinnamon Chip Scones
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl, blend flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon. Add half and half; mix thoroughly.
- Add cinnamon chips; mix until evenly spread throughout the batter.
- Pour batter into well greased scone or muffin pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until well set. May be eaten warm or cold!
