This is a recipe handed down from my grandmother, and my father baked these on Sundays with a big meal. They are really amazing.

Ingredients
- 3 packages rapid rise yeast
- 2 cups milk
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 5 cups all purpose flour
How To Make sweet bread

Step 1Mix yeast and sugar. Heat milk to 120 degrees add to yeast and sugar. let set for 10 minutes

Step 2start melting butter. add flour one cup at a time mixing as you go. after 2 cups flour, add melted butter, mix

Step 3add a 1/4 teaspoon salt to slow process. finish adding flour, spread flour on kneading surface and knead for 15 miutes. Let rise for one hour.

Step 4Knock down and make sweet rolls, parkerhouse rolls, bread by loaf or even a sweet treat of cinnamon rolls. Once in pan let rise for one more hour.
