1Mix 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup butter and 1 T. water. Mix like a pie crust and pat on cookie sheet in 2 long strips.
2Combine water and butter and heat to boiling point. As you take form the flame add flour and stir until smooth. Stir in 1 egg at a time and beat well. Add flavoring and spread on first mixture. Bake 55-60 minutes at 350*.
3When cool frost with...1 cup powdered sugar, 1 T. butter, 1/2 t almond or vanilla extract. Add cream until right for spreading. Drizzle on dough and spread all over.
