My grandfather was from Sweden and every Christmas my grandmother would make loaves and loaves of this bread to give to people. It's a slightly sweet bread and so yummy! The prep time is an estimate. Y'all know that sometimes bread takes longer to rise than you anticipate! :) Makes two loaves.

  • 6Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and shiny.
  • 7Divide into two portions and shape into loaves. Place into greased loaf pans, cover and let rise until doubled in size.
