Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups yellow corn meal
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- MAPLE BUTTER
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 or 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
How To Make super moist corn bread with maple butter

Step 1Preheat oven to 350, spray 8 inch square pan with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl combine corn meal, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Stir to combine completely.

Step 2Add creamed corn, sour cream, eggs and oil. Mix until completely mixed. Pour into prepared pan.

Step 3Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center come out clean, and lightly browned on top. Let cool at least 20 minutes before serving. Serve warm with maple butter if desired.

Step 4To make maple butter: cream together 1 stick of soften butter (1/2 cup), 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and 2 to 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup.
