Ingredients
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon clove, ground
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 3 jars plum baby food
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
How To Make sugar-plum bread

Step 1Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and cloves in large mixing bowl.

Step 2Add beaten eggs and oil, stirring until well blended.

Step 3Add baby food and nuts.

Step 4Pour into two greased loaf pans. (I spray mine with cooking spray.)

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle a Tbs. of sugar over each loaf about 15 minutes before done.
