Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 ounces frozen sliced strawberries or raspberries in syrup
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 cup oil
How To Make strawberry-pecan bread

Step 1Beat eggs, sugar and oil until well combined.

Step 2Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.

Step 3Beat until well blended (batter should be thick).

Step 4Stir in the partially thawed, undrained berries and the nuts.

Step 5Pour batter into a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

Step 6Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes, or until tester comes out clean.

Step 7Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.

Step 8Romove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.

Step 9Wrap and store in refrigator.
