all purpose flour

ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp
10 oz
frozen sliced strawberries or raspberries in syrup
1/2 c
coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 c

How to Make Strawberry-Pecan Bread


  • 1Beat eggs, sugar and oil until well combined.
  • 2Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
  • 3Beat until well blended (batter should be thick).
  • 4Stir in the partially thawed, undrained berries and the nuts.
  • 5Pour batter into a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  • 6Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes, or until tester comes out clean.
  • 7Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
  • 8Romove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
  • 9Wrap and store in refrigator.
