Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup strawberrry jam
- 1/4 cup milk
How To Make strawberry jam quick bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Grease 9" loaf pan.

Step 3In medium bowl, whisk flour and baking powder. Set aside.

Step 4Mix together, sugar, butter and vanilla until fluffy.

Step 5Add in eggs.

Step 6Stir in 1/2 cup jam and milk.

Step 7Mix in dry ingredients until no dry spots remain.

Step 8Spoon batter into prepared pan.

Step 9Spoon 1/2 cup jam on top of batter and swirl throughout with knife.

Step 10Bake for 45-50 minutes.

Step 11Cool 15 minutes before slicing.
