My husband and I pick strawberries every May and freeze many bags of them. I was trying to think of something to make and came across this recipe in a church cook book. It was a big hit with all the neighbors. Delicious!!
1Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar and mix well. Add nuts. In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Stir the two together. Grease and flour two loaf pans. Pour batter into pans and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
