My husband and I pick strawberries every May and freeze many bags of them. I was trying to think of something to make and came across this recipe in a church cook book. It was a big hit with all the neighbors. Delicious!!

Ingredients
- 3 cups plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups oil
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 4 - eggs
- 20 ounces fresh strawberries or 2 pkgs. frozen
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
How To Make strawberry bread

Step 1Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar and mix well. Add nuts. In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Stir the two together. Grease and flour two loaf pans. Pour batter into pans and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
