Ingredients For strawberry bread

  • 3 c
    plain flour
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 box
    frozen strawberries, thawed

How To Make strawberry bread

  • 1
    Combine first five ingredients, mix well.

    Combine eggs, oil, and strawberries.

    Add to dry ingredients, mix well.

    Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until browned.
