Ingredients
- 1 package (20 oz) frozen strawberries, thawed and mashed
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 medium eggs
- 3 cups self rising flour, divided
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make strawberry bread

Step 1preheat oven to 350. coat two 9x5 loaf pans with cooking spray.

Step 2in a large bowl, with an electric beater on low speed, beat strawberries, sugar, oil and eggs until well mixed. add 21/2 cups flour and continue beaten until well combined.

Step 3in a small bowl, toss pecans with remaining 1/2 cup flour then stir into strawberry mixture. pour into prepared loaf pan.

Step 4bake 55-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. cool slightly then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
