Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup diced strawberries, fresh in 1 tbsp of flour
1 cup mashed bananas ,(about 3 medium bananas)
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream

How To Make delicious strawberry banana bread

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well, then add mashed bananas and sour cream, mix well

Step 2

Combine dry ingredients and add to banana mixture, mix just to combine. DO NOT OVERMIX
Step 3

Stir in diced, floured strawberries, mix until combined. Pour into a greased 8 X 5 inch loaf pan about 2/3 full.
Step 4

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before removing out of the pan to cool on a wire rack.
