- 1 1/4 cups cooking oil
- 5 - eggs
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 boxes instant coconut pudding
- 2 cups shredded squash
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make squash bread

Step 1Mix oil,egg and squash together.Combine remaining ingredients and add to squash mixture.Divide the mix into two 9x5x3 in.loah pans.Bake at 325 for about 1 hour or till pick comes out clean.

Step 2Let cool,dust with powderd sugar.
