Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c
    cooking oil
  • 5
    eggs
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 box
    instant coconut pudding
  • 2 c
    shredded squash
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda

How to Make Squash Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix oil,egg and squash together.Combine remaining ingredients and add to squash mixture.Divide the mix into two 9x5x3 in.loah pans.Bake at 325 for about 1 hour or till pick comes out clean.
  2. Let cool,dust with powderd sugar.
