  • 4
    ripe bananas smashed
  • 1 c
    canola oil
  • 1 c
    each brown sugar and white sugar
  • 4 large
  • 1 small
    box banana cream instant pudding mix
  • 1 tsp
    each ground cinnamon and cardamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    each ground nutmeg and ginger
  • 2 c
  • 1 tsp
    each salt and baking soda.
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts

How to Make Spiced Banana Cream Bread


  1. Preheat oven 325 degrees. Spray two bread pans with cooking spray.
  2. Beat the bananas, oil, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and banana cream pudding until well incorporated. Stir in the flour, salt, baking soda and spices. fold in the walnuts.
  3. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
