Ingredients
- 4 - ripe bananas smashed
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup each brown sugar and white sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 small box banana cream instant pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon each ground cinnamon and cardamon
- 1/2 teaspoon each ground nutmeg and ginger
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon each salt and baking soda.
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make spiced banana cream bread

Step 1Preheat oven 325 degrees. Spray two bread pans with cooking spray.

Step 2Beat the bananas, oil, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and banana cream pudding until well incorporated. Stir in the flour, salt, baking soda and spices. fold in the walnuts.

Step 3Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
