Ingredients

2 can(s)crescent rolls

2 pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1 csugar
-
1 Tbspvanilla or almond extract

1/4 cbutter, melted

1/4 ccinnamon sugar
How to Make Sopapilla Squares
- Preheat oven to 350*
Let cream cheese come to room temperature and beat in sugar and vanilla.
Set aside - Roll out the 1st can of crescent rolls in a greased 13x9 baking dish.
Spread on the cream cheese layer and top with the 2nd can of crescent rolls. - Melt butter and spread on top, and then sprinkle with anywhere from 1/4- 1/2 cup of cinnamon sugar, depending on your taste.
Bake for 30 minutes... remove to a wire rack and let rest until slightly cooled or completely cool.
