1 1/4 ccooking oil
15 ozcan solid pumpkin
2 call purpose flour
2 box3.4oz. instant coconut cream pie filling
1 tspbaking soda
How to Make Soft Coconut Pumpkin Bread
- Preheat oven to 325F. Grease two 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. In the bowl of an electric mixer, mix oil, eggs and pumpkin. Then combine the remaining ingredients and add to the pumpkin mixture.
- Divide the batter between the two loaf pans evenly. Bake one hour or until the loaves test done in the center.
