Ingredients
- COFFEE CAKE:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 - egg
- TOPPING:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
How To Make snickerdoodle coffee cake

Step 1Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, milk, margarine and egg. Pour into a greased and floured 9 inch square pan.

Step 2Mix topping sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle top of coffee cake heavily with this mixture. This gives a crusty snickerdoodle top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
