Ingredients

  • - 2 1/2 cups flour
  • - 2 tsp. baking powder
  • - 1/2 tsp. salt
  • - 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • - 2 cup sugar
  • - 1 pack cinnamon chips
  • - 3 eggs
  • - 1 cup butter
  • - 1 tsp. vanilla
  • - 3/4 c sour cream

How To Make snickerdoodle bread

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour mini loaf pans.
  • Step 2
    Cream butter sour cream vanilla eggs. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon chips in bowl. Mix in sugar mixture.
  • Step 3
    Bake in mini loaf pans for 35-38 minutes. Cool before removing from pans.
