2 call purpose flour

1 cmini cinnamon chips

FOR THE TOPPING:

1 Tbspsugar

1 tspcinnamon
How to Make Snickedoodle Banana Bread
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with the tablespoon softened butter.
- Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon flour over the bottom, then top until the flour is evenly and finely coating the bottom and a little bit on the sides.
- Mash the bananas with a fork in a medium-large mixing bowl.
- Whisk butter into the mashed bananas until completely incorporated.
- Beat in the eggs, then mix in the sugar and vanilla.
- Sprinkle the baking powder, soda and salt over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Add the flour and stir until half mixed, then add cinnamon chips last mixing just until combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan. Mix the topping ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 1 hour. Turn out onto a cooking rack,right side up.
