Do not use a mixer for this recipe, use a good whisk or it will not come out so moist. In another large bowl, whisk together flour, baking cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon& allspice. Scrape the banana mix into the dry flour mix. Whisk until just combined. Stir in dark chocolate chips. Gently spoon batter into pan & even out w/ a spatula. Bake 1 hr but check for doneness at 50 mins. To test, gently press the center of bread w/ a clean finger. If it feels firm & bounces back when u release the finger, it's done. Let cool on a cooling rack for at least 10 mins.
