- 1 1/2 cups ripe bananas mashed
- 1 1/4 cups peeled and finely chopped apples
- 1/2 cup each sugar and brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons each melted butter and water
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon each baking soda and baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup caramel syrup
- sea salt
How To Make salted caramel apple banana bread

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees In a bowl combine the bananas, apples, brown sugar, sugar, water and melted butter. Combine well

Step 2Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Combine well. Pour into a greased bread pan or mini bread pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes for a loaf pan or 25 minutes for a mini loaf pan.

Step 3Meanwhile mix the choconut, and caramel syrup together. Let the bread cool Spread the caramel mixture over the top and sprinkle with sea salt.
