    ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 1/4 c
    peeled and finely chopped apples
  • 1/2 c
    each sugar and brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    each melted butter and water
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    each baking soda and baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    caramel syrup
  • sea salt

    Preheat oven 350 degrees In a bowl combine the bananas, apples, brown sugar, sugar, water and melted butter. Combine well

    Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Combine well. Pour into a greased bread pan or mini bread pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes for a loaf pan or 25 minutes for a mini loaf pan.

    Meanwhile mix the choconut, and caramel syrup together. Let the bread cool Spread the caramel mixture over the top and sprinkle with sea salt.
