rosemary sweet potato rolls
This recipe for rolls is now my wife's Thanksgiving favorite, which she got from her sister. I don't know where her sister got the recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup warm wter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons melted/cooled butter
- 5 cups flour
- 1/4 cup warm milk
- 2 - eggs
- 2 1/2 teaspoons rosemary
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- TOPPING:
- 1/4 cup room temperature butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- sea salt & honey
How To Make rosemary sweet potato rolls

Step 1Combine milk & water & heat in microwave to 102-110 degrees.

Step 2Stir in 1 tsp sugar & yeast to proof 5 minutes.

Step 3With dough hook add remaining ingredients until combined.

Step 4Add yeast mixture until pulls away from sides but still stick to bottom.

Step 5Knead until smooth & let rise in greased, plastic wrapped bowl 1 hr.

Step 6Roll 16-20 small balls & let rise 1hr on greased parchment lined 9x13" sheet.

Step 7Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 8Mix butter & honey and brush on warm rolls. Sprinkle w/ salt & rosemary
