mAKES 1 LOAF
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup rhubarb
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
How To Make rhubarb nut bread

Step 1Combine all ingredients and blend well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Mix 2 t. sugar and 1 t. cinnamon and sprinkle on top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
