Ingredients For rhubarb nut bread

  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    rhubarb
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    sour milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make rhubarb nut bread

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients and blend well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Mix 2 t. sugar and 1 t. cinnamon and sprinkle on top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
