Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make raspberry pecan bread

Step 1Place the flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl and set aside.

Step 2Mix the melted butter, egg, buttermilk and vanilla together then add to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Mix the raspberries with the 2 tbsp flour. Fold the raspberries and pecans into the bread mixture.

Step 3Spray a bread pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the bread mixture into the pan and bake about 45 minutes.
