Ingredients For raspberry pecan bread

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    white sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    butter melted
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 3/4 c
    buttermilk
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 pt
    fresh raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make raspberry pecan bread

    Place the flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl and set aside.

    Mix the melted butter, egg, buttermilk and vanilla together then add to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Mix the raspberries with the 2 tbsp flour. Fold the raspberries and pecans into the bread mixture.

    Spray a bread pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the bread mixture into the pan and bake about 45 minutes.
