Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups zucchini, grated, well drained
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
How To Make raisin zucchini bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Sift first 5 ingredients.

Step 2Beat eggs in a large bowl until light.

Step 3Gradually add sugar and beat until thick and lemon colored.

Step 4Add oil in thin stream and beat well.

Step 5Mix in zucchini, nuts and raisins.

Step 6Add sifted dry ingredients and blend well.

Step 7Turn into greased and floured 12-cup bundt pan or 2 8x4 inch loaf pans.

Step 8Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before turning out onto rack. Cool completely before slicing.
