For Christmas one year, an aunt and uncle gave us a bread machine. For awhile, we made a lot of bread. Not so much anymore, but I found this recipe in a friend's bread machine cookbook.

1 1/8 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
3/4 cup raisins

How To Make raisin bread

Step 1

Place all ingredients except raisins, in order, in bread machine. Set machine for #7. Set timer accordingly. Add the raisins at the beep (approximately ½ hour into the mix).
