  • 1Cream shortening; gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed until light and fluffy.
  • 2Stir eggs mixing well.
  • 3Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  • 4Stir flour mix into creamed mixture alternately with milk. (Do not over mix, batter should be lumpy)
  • 5Spoon batter into a greased 6 cup bundt pan.
  • 6Bake at 350 45-50 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
