Ingredients
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk

Step 1Cream shortening; gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed until light and fluffy.

Step 2Stir eggs mixing well.

Step 3Combine flour, baking powder and salt.

Step 4Stir flour mix into creamed mixture alternately with milk. (Do not over mix, batter should be lumpy)

Step 5Spoon batter into a greased 6 cup bundt pan.

Step 6Bake at 350 45-50 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
