How to Make Quick Sally Lunn
- 1Cream shortening; gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed until light and fluffy.
- 2Stir eggs mixing well.
- 3Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- 4Stir flour mix into creamed mixture alternately with milk. (Do not over mix, batter should be lumpy)
- 5Spoon batter into a greased 6 cup bundt pan.
- 6Bake at 350 45-50 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
