How to Make Quick Sally Lunn
- Cream shortening; gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Stir eggs mixing well.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- Stir flour mix into creamed mixture alternately with milk. (Do not over mix, batter should be lumpy)
- Spoon batter into a greased 6 cup bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 45-50 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
