1 pkg(15.6 oz) cranberry or blueberry quick bread mix

1/2 cchopped pecans

1/2 craisins or dates
-
1/4 cmaraschino cherries

1/4 ccrushed pineapple, drained
How to Make Quick and Delicious Fruitcake - Steph
- Prepare the quick bread according to package directions. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 - 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.
- The lady who gave me this recipe said she uses the cranberry quick bread during the Christmas holidays and usually the blueberry during the summer time. ENJOY!
