1 csalad oil
2 ccanned pumpkin 13oz size
1/2 tspbaking powder
1 tspclove, ground
1 tspbaking soda
How to Make Pumpkin Tea Bread from friend J. Crabtree
- Turn oven on to 350. Blend salad oil and sugar, add eggs beat until blended.
- Add spices, salt, soda and baking powder.
- Stir in pumpkin, sift flour and then add to mixture. I place batter into a well greased bundt pan or tube pan. Bake 1 hour 15 min or until straw comes out dry.
- Can be toasted, served with whipped cream or just a nice slice of moist pumpkin bread. It's the perfect season for this treat!! :-)
