Ingredients For pumpkin spice latte funnel cake
1 c
plus 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 c
strong coffee
1/2 c
half and half
1
egg
1/4 c
canned pumpkin pie mix
1 tsp
pure vanilla
1 tsp
orange zest
vegetable oil for frying
CREAM CHEESE DRIZZLE
4 oz
cream cheese, softened
2 c
powdered sugar
1 Tbsp
butter, softened
1 tsp
vanilla
2 Tbsp
half and half, add up to 2 tablespoons additional
1 c
chopped candied pecans

In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in coffee, half & half, egg, pumpkin pie mix, vanilla and orange zest until just combined.

Pour about 1" oil in large skillet. Heat to 375 degrees.
Pour about 1/3 cup batter thru funnel. Swirling in a circular motion. Fry about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Turn. Fry about 1 - 1 1/2 minutes or until golden. Remove. Place on paper toweling. Keep warm.

In small bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, and 2 tablespoons half & half. Stir well. Add additional cream to thin if necessary. Drizzle a generous tablespoon over funnel cake. Top each with a generous tablespoon candied pecans. Serve immediately.
