Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 15 oz
    solid pack pumpkin
  • 3 c
    white sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 c
    chocolate chips

How to Make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350, lightly grease pans, Add all the ingredients in order given except for the chocolate chips and blend well with mixer on medium speed. Stir in Chocolate chips. You can use between 1-2 cups. (but since I love chocolate I always use more!)
  2. This recipe will make approx 3 full size loaves or 5-6 small loaves. Bake full size at 350 for 50-60 mins. Smaller loaves take about 30-35 until toothpick is clean after inserting.
