1Using a mixer combine sugar,softened cream cheese and butter. mixing until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time mixing well after each addition. Blend in pumpkin, add combined dry ingredients, mixing just till moistened. Fold in nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9X5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350-1 hr or until tooth pick comes out clean. Cool 10 min and remove from pan. finish cooling on wire rack.
NOTE__ be sure NOT to get the pumpkin pie mix this recipe calls for just plain pumpkin.
