Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice plus
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
- 4 - large eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup raisins or craisins or nuts
How To Make pumpkin carrot bread

Step 1Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt in large bowl.

Step 2Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil and water in large miximg bowl; beat just until blended.

Step 3Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.

Step 4Fold in carrot and raisins or nuts.

Step 5Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9 X 5 inch loaf pans.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes. Cool.
