pumpkin bread w/streusel topping
This recipe always makes a moist bread...I wanted to incorporate a cream cheese filling but didnt have it on hand..but I will include it in the recipe =)

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pumpkin, canned or cooked
How To Make pumpkin bread w/streusel topping

Step 1Pre-heat oven 350*. Lightly butter 9x5 in. loaf pan

Step 2Mix flour, sugars, baking powder & soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl...whisk eggs, oil, sour cream, vanilla, & pumpkin in seperate bowl...add to dry ingredients and fold until combined

Step 3Spread batter in pan and top w/streusel topping...1 pkg.instant maple & brown sugar oatmeal,2 tbls. brown sugar,2 tbls. butter,1 tbls.flour..mix until resembles crumble...spread on top of batter and bake..55 min. or until toothpick comes out clean

Step 4If adding the cream cheese filling...whip 1 package of 8oz. cream cheese & 1/2 cup b.sugar and layer between the batter..then proceed with streusel topping...ENJOY!!! =)
