    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 26 oz
    canned pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 3 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    canola oil

How to Make MOM's PUMPKIN BREAD

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spray loaf pans with Pam and coat with flour. Bake at 350 degres for about an hour or until done when butter knife is inserted and comes out clean. If the top is getting too brown cover loosely with foil.
