Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 26 ounces canned pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 cup canola oil

How To Make mom's pumpkin bread

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spray loaf pans with Pam and coat with flour. Bake at 350 degres for about an hour or until done when butter knife is inserted and comes out clean. If the top is getting too brown cover loosely with foil.
