Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups splenda or stevia
- 1/2 cup light butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 3/4 teaspoon light salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon pumkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make pumpkin bread

Step 1Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. Add pumpkin and water, mix well. Add all the spices to the dry ingredients. Mix to moisten. Don't over beat, fold in nuts.

Step 2Pour in greased loaf pan 2/3 full. Bake at 350F for one hour for large loaf. test with toothpick.
