Makes 3 loaves
Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 - 1/2 teaspoons salt (if desired)
- 4 - large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 2/3 cup water
How To Make pumpkin bread

Step 1Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil, & pumpkin; blend well and mix in water.

Step 2Add dry ingredients and mix until well blended (do not overmix).

Step 3Grease and flour 3 loaf pans. Divide batter evenly into the 3 pans.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
