This is a favorite recipe of mine, and I get a lot of requests for the recipe... It makes 2 loaves, because one just won't last very long! LOL... Enjoy!!

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 4 - eggs,beaten
- 1 can 16oz. pumpkin
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup nuts,if desired
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup raisins, if desired
How To Make pumpkin bread

Step 1Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs and pumpkin; mix well.

Step 2Stir together dry ingredients, add alternately with water. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5" loaf pans.

Step 3Bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours or until they test done with a pick. Let stand 10 minutes, remove from pan to cool. Slice and serve with cream cheese and orange marmalade whipped together, if desired. Enjoy!
