Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz cans pumpkin
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 sticks butter melted
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make pumpkin bread

  • Step 1
    In a large mixing bowl open can of pumpkin, add sugar, spices, melted butter then beat with hand mixer or whisk until blended. Then add eggs and blend well. Add flour one cup at a time blending each cup well. Take two 9x5 loaf pans and spray with cooking spray and divide the batter between the pans. Put into a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and check with tester after the hour is up you may need a few extra minutes. Enjoy!!
