Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 - eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
How To Make pumpkin bread

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix eggs, sugar and oil, beat until creamy.

Step 3Add pumpkin, water and dry ingredients.

Step 4Mix well until all ingredients are well blended, including the nuts (if using).

Step 5Pour batter into 3 loaf pans (or 7 baby loaf pans).

Step 6Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour (45 min. if baby pans)

Step 7Cool slightly and remove from pans.

Step 8Cool completely. Freezes well.
